AGENDA:
- RSU "Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" requests to grant the right of permanent land use for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.0666 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky rural district, for placement and maintenance of a parking lot;
- Zharmagambetov Nurzhan Daurenbekovich - requests to grant the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 1 year, for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0897 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Gorkogo street, 30, apartment 1, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Kanabaev Nail Bolatbekovich - requests to provide an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.15 hectares to the existing land plot with an area of 0.1120 hectares, the right of private ownership of the land plot, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, rural district Әyet, village Әyet, Naberezhnaya street, 1, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Owners of residential premises (condominium participants) represented by Lyubov Alekseevna Ryabokon - requests to grant the right of common share ownership of the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.0749 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, DEU-1 street, building 1, for maintenance and operation of the condominium facility;
- Ursulova Nina Konstantinovna - requests to grant the right of private ownership to a land plot with a total area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Valerianovka village, Tsentralnaya street, house 2, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Viktor Vasilyevich Yakubovich Yakubovich - requests to grant the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 48 years for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, rural district Әyet, Orenburgskoe village, Naberezhnaya street 16, for personal subsidiary farming.
Having considered the applications and materials of cases on granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by unanimous decision (total "in favor" - 6) considers it possible to:
- To grant RGU "Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the right of permanent land use for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.0666 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky rural district, for placement and maintenance of parking lot;
- To grant Zharmagambetov Nurzhan Daurenbekovich the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 1 year, for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0897 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Gorkogo street, 30, apartment 1, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To grant Kanabaev Nail Bolatbekovich an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.15 hectares to the existing land plot with an area of 0.1120 hectares, the right of private ownership of the land plot located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, rural district Әyet, village Әyet, Naberezhnaya street, 1, for the conduct of private subsidiary farming;
- To grant the Owners of residential premises (condominium participants) represented by Lyubov Alekseevna Ryabokon Lyubov Alekseevna the right of common share ownership of the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.0749 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, DEU-1 street, building 1, for maintenance and operation of the condominium facility;
- To grant Ursulova Nina Konstantinovna the right of private ownership to a land plot with a total area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Valerianovka village, Tsentralnaya street, house 2, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To refuse to grant Yakubovich Viktor Vasilievich the right to temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 48 years for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district, rural district Әyet, Orenburgskoe village, Naberezhnaya street 16, for personal subsidiary farming;
Ground: According to the state act No. 0132474 dated January 12, 1996, the requested land plot was granted to Sergei Dmitrievich Zhuvak for lifetime inheritable possession, therefore it is not possible to provide this land plot..
