On amendments to the decree of the mayor's office of July 11, 2018 No. 203"on approval of names and indexes of public roads of regional significance»

In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2019 No. 29 "on renaming Taranovsky district of Kostanay region", the joint resolution of the akimat of Kostanay region dated December 12, 2018 No. 20 and the decision of the maslikhat of Kostanay region dated December 12, 2018 No. 349 "on renaming some administrative-territorial units of Taranovsky district of Kostanay region" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts for No. 8174) mayor's office of Beimbet Maylin district DECIDES:

  1. Make the following changes to the resolution of the akimat "on approval of names and indexes of public roads of district significance" dated July 11, 2018 No. 203 (published on August 3, 2018 in the Reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 7986):

in the preamble and throughout the text of the said resolution, replace the phrase "Taranovsky district" with "Beimbet Maylin district";

in the Appendix to the specified resolution:

lines, ordinal numbers 13, 14, 15 should be reworded:

  1. the State institution "Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbetamaylin district after its official publication.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the head of the district akim's office.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
