On amendments to the decree of the mayor's office dated July 11, 2018 No. 204 "on approval of the list of public roads of regional significance»

In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2019 No. 29 "on renaming Taranovsky district of Kostanay region", the joint resolution of the akimat of Kostanay region dated December 12, 2018 No. 20 and the decision of the maslikhat of Kostanay region dated December 12, 2018 No. 349 "on renaming some administrative-territorial units of Taranovsky district of Kostanay region" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts for No. 8174) mayor's office of Beimbet Maylin district DECIDES:

  1. To make the decision akinator 11 July 2018 № 204"On approval of the list of public roads of regional significance" (published 6 August 2018 Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7995) following changes:

in the preamble and throughout the text of the said resolution, the phrase "of Taran area" is replaced by "area of Maylin's birth";

in the Annex to this decree:

  1. the State institution "Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of The Beimbet Maylin district akimat after its official publication.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the head of the district akim's office.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
