In accordance with subparagraph 3) paragraph 8 of the Rules for Organizing and Monitoring the use of agricultural land provided for farming or farming, agricultural production, approved by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2019 No. 252, Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan":
To form and approve a list of agricultural land plots provided for farming or farming, agricultural production on the basis of concluded agreements on temporary paid land use (lease) and subject to monitoring in 2024 in accordance with the annex to this order.
