  2. State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbeta Mailina district" - requests to grant the right of temporary gratuitous short-term land use for a period of 3 years for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 1.6 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Asenkritovskiy rural district, Nikolaevka village, for the construction of gas distribution networks in Nikolaevka village of Beimbeta Mailina district of Kostanay region;
  3. Sulu LLP - requests to grant the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 20 years for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.0751 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Asenkritovskiy rural district, Nikolaevka village, Stroitelnaya street, building 4A, for maintenance and operation of grain warehouse;
  4. Lyubov Alekseevna Ryabokon - requests to grant the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 3 years for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.06 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Tobol settlement, DEU 1 street, for personal subsidiary farming;
  5. Aytugulov Dias Nurlanovich - requests to grant the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Sadovaya street, plot 3, for personal subsidiary farming;
  6. Aliya Khajimuratovna Tazhbaeva - requests to grant the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Abaya Street, for personal subsidiary farming;

Amandykov Olzhas Kairatovich - requests to grant the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months for the land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at: Beimbeta Mailina district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Abaya street, for personal subsidiary farming;

 

Having considered the applications and materials of cases on granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by unanimous decision (total "in favor" - 9) considers it possible to:

 

  1. To refuse the PP № 17 of Tobol settlement of Beimbeta Mailina district, State Institution "SP and ASR of Kostanay region" in granting the right of temporary gratuitous land use for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.5531 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Tobol settlement, Stantsionnaya street, 20, for the construction of a fire station building for two exits;

Ground: according to the conclusion of the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailina district" from January 16, 2024 № 02-07/31 and the general plan the requested land plot is located in the zone of health care and social security institution (Military unit).;

  1. To grant the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbeta Mailina district" the right of temporary gratuitous short-term land use for 3 years for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 1.6 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Asenkritovskiy rural district, Nikolaevka village, for the construction of gas distribution networks in Nikolaevka village of Beimbeta Mailina district of Kostanay region;
  2. To grant "Sulu" LLP the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for 20 years for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.0751 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Asenkritovskiy rural district, Nikolaevka village, Stroitelnaya street, building 4A, for maintenance and operation of grain warehouse;
  3. To deny Lyubov Alekseevna Ryabokon to grant the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 3 years for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.06 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Tobol settlement, DEU 1 street, for personal subsidiary farming;

Ground: according to the conclusion of the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailina district" from January 16, 2024 № 02-07/31 the requested land plot is located in the zone of streets and roads of local importance;

  1. To grant Aytugulov Dias Nurlanovich the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Sadovaya street, plot 3, for personal subsidiary farming;
  2. To grant Tazhbaeva Aliya Khajimuratovna the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months for the land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Abaya street, for personal subsidiary farming;
  3. To refuse to grant Amandykov Olzhas Kairatovich the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months for the land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Abaya street, for personal subsidiary farming;

Ground: The requested land plot is occupied with cadastral number 12-189-035-1031, land user Shvets Vyacheslav Andreevich.
