On establishing a quota of jobs for the employment of persons registered with the probation service for 2021


In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On employment of the population", the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district

DECIDES:

  1. Set a quota of jobs for the employment of persons registered with the probation service for 2021 according to the application.
  2. The state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin District" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:

1) state registration of this resolution with the territorial body of justice;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
  2. This decree comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
