Having considered the applications and materials of cases on granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by unanimous decision (total "in favor" - 9) considers it possible to:

- To grant Vladimir Sergeevich Lipsky an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.064 hectares to the existing land plot of 0.104 hectares on the right of private ownership, located at: Beimbeta Mailina district, Kalininsky rural district, Yubileynoye village, Pritobolskaya street, 4, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To grant Udotov Alexander Evgenyevich an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0340 hectares to the existing land plot of 0.0960 hectares on the right of private ownership, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, Panfilova Street, house 9, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To provide the Owners of residential premises (condominium participants) represented by Marat Serikbayevich Bektemisov with a land plot on the right of common shared ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.3115 hectare, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, 35 Stantsionnaya Street, for maintenance and operation of the condominium facility;
