- "ZhK Leninskoye" LLP - requests to grant a land plot on the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with a preliminary area of 408.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Belinsky rural district, field No. 89, for agricultural production;
- Leninskoye LCD LLP - requests to grant a land plot on the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with a preliminary area of 105.6 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Kalininsky rural district, (Yubileynoye village) field Nos. 58, 59, for agricultural production;
- LLP "ZhK Leninskoye" - requests to grant a land plot on the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with a preliminary area of 124.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Pavlovsky rural district, (Evgenovka village) field No. 28, for agricultural production;
- Gulnara Nikolayevna Pavlova - requests to grant a land plot on the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.0050 hectare, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Tobol village, Neftebazovskaya street, house 67, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Butikenov Zhenis Zhanibekovich - requests to provide a land plot on the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 3 years, with a preliminary area of 0.1210 hectare, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky rural district, Yubileynoye village, next to the house 35A on Yubileynaya street, for personal subsidiary farming.
Having considered the applications and materials of cases on granting land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for granting land plots by unanimous decision (total "in favor" - 11) considers it possible to:
- to refuse to grant Mitrofanova Kristina Sergeevna an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0060 hectare to the existing land plot of 0.0023 hectare on the right of private ownership (for redemption), located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, Beibitshilik street, 123/1, for operation and maintenance of the store;
Grounds: According to the purposeful use of the requested land plot, the provision of additional land plot is carried out at tenders, auctions (Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan). Since the store is located in a 5-storey residential building, it is necessary to coordinate with adjacent land users and owners of apartments of a multi-storey residential building.
- To provide "JK Leninskoye" LLP with a land plot on the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with a preliminary area of 20.0 hectares, located at Beimbet Mailina district, rural district Әyet, for agricultural production;
- To grant to "JK Leninskoye" LLP a land plot on the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with a preliminary area of 408.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Belinsky rural district, field No. 89, for agricultural production;
- To grant to "ZhK Leninskoye" LLP a land plot on the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with a preliminary area of 105.6 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Kalininsky rural district, (Yubileynoye village) field No. 58, 59, for agricultural production;
- To grant to "JK Leninskoye" LLP a land plot on the right of temporary compensated long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with a preliminary area of 124.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Pavlovsky rural district, (Evgenovka village) field No. 28, for agricultural production;
- To grant Pavlova Gulnara Nikolaevna a land plot on the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months, with a preliminary area of 0.0050 hectare, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, Neftebazovskaya street, house 67, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To grant Butikenov Jenis Zhanibekovich a land plot on the right of temporary compensated short-term land use for a period of 3 years, with a preliminary area of 0.1210 hectare, located at the address: Beimbeta Mailina district, Kalininsky rural district, Yubileynoye village, next to the house 35A on Yubileynaya street, for personal subsidiary farming.
