Wwith Russ Analytical reference based on the results of internal analysis of corruption risks in the state institution "Department of culture and language development of The Beimbet Maylin district akimat" for the 1st half of 2020
In accordance with the standard Rules for internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by the order of the Chairman Of the Agency for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption dated October 19, 2016 No. 12, an internal analysis of corruption risks of the state institution (SI) "Department of culture and language development of the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district" (hereinafter the Department) was conducted.
Internal analysis of corruption risks is carried out in the following areas: 1) identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the division; 2) identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the division. As a result of the analysis, it was established:
Regulatory legal acts for the 1st half of 2020 were not developed or approved.
Currently, the Department of culture and language development of the Beimbet Maylin district akimat has a total staff of 3 employees, including the head of the Department.
For the 1st half of 2020, the Department dismissed 1 administrative civil servant – the chief specialist of the Department, due to a change of residence. The staff unit of this vacant position was reduced due to the transfer of functions and powers of the staff unit to another state body on the basis of production necessity.
The existence of facts of kinship relations between civil servants of the Department was not revealed.
There are no facts of settlement or non-settlement of conflicts of interest in the Department.
Inside the building Department in a publicly available place contains the text of the Law "On combating corruption", code of Ethics of civil servants in the state and Russian languages.
There were no complaints about actions or omissions of civil servants of the Department from citizens.
There are no facts of bringing civil servants of the Department to administrative and criminal responsibility.
There are no facts of dismissal of civil servants for negative reasons.
In order to avoid the existence of facts of corruption offenses, the state institution is working on prevention and personal responsibility for committing corruption offenses, through lecture conversations on the part of the head of the Department among the Department's employees, who are directly subordinate to a higher official of the state institution.
There are no facts of issuing acts of Prosecutor's response to actions of inaction of the state Prosecutor's office for the 1st half of 2020.
