On amendments to the decision of the maslikhat of November 6, 2023 No. 46 “On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing its amounts and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need”
Maslikhat of Beimbeta Mailina district DECIDED: 1. Make the following changes to the decision of the maslikhat “On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing its amounts and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need” dated November 6, 2023 No. 46 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 10082): in the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing its amounts and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need, approved by the specified decision: subparagraph 1) of paragraph 5 shall be stated in a new wording: “1) Day of withdrawal of a limited contingent of Soviet troops from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan - February 15: for those liable for military service who were called up for training camps and sent to Afghanistan during the period of hostilities, in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge; to military personnel of automobile battalions heading to Afghanistan to deliver goods to this country during the period of hostilities, in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge; for military personnel flying on combat missions to Afghanistan from the territory of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (hereinafter referred to as the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics), in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge; workers and employees who served the Soviet military contingent in Afghanistan, who were wounded, concussed or maimed, or who were awarded orders and medals of the former USSR for participation in supporting combat operations, in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge; for military personnel who have been diagnosed as disabled as a result of wounds, contusions, injuries received while defending the former USSR, performing other duties of military service, or due to illness during military service in Afghanistan, where hostilities were conducted, in the amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) tenge. To the persons specified in this subparagraph, on the 35th anniversary of the withdrawal of a limited contingent of Soviet troops from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan, in the amount of 50 monthly calculation indices”;
paragraph 13 shall be stated in a new wording: "13. To receive social assistance for certain categories of needy citizens, the applicant, on himself or on behalf of the family, submits an application to the authorized body for the provision of social assistance or the akim of a village or rural district in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Model Rules, with the following documents attached: 1) identity document (for personal identification); 2) information about the income of the person (family members) (to receive social assistance, which is assigned regardless of the income of the person (family members), information about the income of the person (family members) is not provided). Persons specified in subparagraphs 1), 2) of paragraph 6 of these Rules, who apply for the first time, submit a document confirming the social status of the applicant. The parent or legal representative of the persons specified in subparagraph 3) of paragraph 6 of these Rules submit a document confirming the fact of the disease with the human immunodeficiency virus. The persons specified in subparagraph 4) of paragraph 6 of these Rules submit a document confirming the fact of having tuberculosis and being on outpatient treatment. The persons specified in subparagraphs 5), paragraph 6 of these Rules submit documents confirming the fact of residence. The persons specified in paragraph four of subparagraph 6) of paragraph 6 of these Rules submit documents confirming the fact of training, its cost and an individual program for habilitation and rehabilitation of a person with a disability. The persons specified in subparagraph 7) of paragraph 6 of these Rules provide a copy of the prescription form for the current year, certified by a doctor, and a cash register and/or sales receipt. The persons specified in subparagraphs 8), paragraph 6 of these Rules submit a document confirming the fact of damage caused to a citizen (family) or his property due to a natural disaster or fire. The persons specified in subparagraph 10) of paragraph 6 of these Rules provide information on income for the quarter preceding the quarter of circulation, documents confirming the fact of death, as well as the fact of registration of the deceased as unemployed at the time of death. The persons specified in subparagraph 11) of paragraph 6 of these Rules submit documents confirming the fact of release from places of imprisonment and being registered with the probation service. Documents are submitted in originals and copies for verification. After verification, the original documents are returned to the applicant. Social assistance is assigned from the month the application is submitted.”
