Analytical report on results of internal analysis of corruption risks in the public institution "akim's rural district Yet"
This paper is based on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the si "akim's rural district Yet" in the first half.
Basis for internal analysis: the Analysis was conducted in order to implement paragraph 5 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on anti-corruption" and in accordance with the Standard rules for internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption dated October 19, 2016 No. 12.
According to the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks for the first half of the year, no corruption was detected in the Office of the akim of the rural district of Ayet.
In addition, the state institution is constantly and purposefully working to strengthen measures to combat corruption among civil servants.
The schedule for receiving citizens on personal issues of the akim of the Ayet rural district is approved quarterly. Information about the reception schedule of citizens and the helpline is posted on the website, on the stand and in the official media.
There is a permanent "complaints and suggestions" mailbox located in a public place.
Anti-corruption leaflets and memos are placed on information stands in a public place in a state institution.
Also, explanatory work is carried out among the employees of the Department on preventing the Commission of corruption offenses and crimes.
