For the first half of 2020, an analysis of corruption risks was carried out in the state institution "Akim's Office of the Belinsky Rural District".

In the state institution "Akim's Office of the Belinsky Rural District" there is a Regulation on the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Belinsky Rural District" dated January 10, 2020 No. 4, approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district.
At the request of the Prosecutor's Office of the Beimbet Mailin district, the State Institution “Akim's Office of the Belinsky Rural District” sends monthly copies of decisions, orders, and copies of magazines for this period. There were no violations.

The commission selectively reviewed the formed cases on public services. No violations were identified, the list of documents in the cases meets the requirements of the standard and turns out to be in accordance with the regulations.
The measures taken to prevent the fight against corruption in order to prevent corruption offenses are, first of all, measures aimed at changing the attitude towards corruption in all its manifestations by creating conditions that prevent corruption.
All state bodies and officials are obliged to fight corruption in accordance with the legislation within the limits of their competence. In this regard, in order to prevent corruption offenses in the apparatus of the akim of the Belinsky rural district, work is constantly being carried out to prevent and prevent corruption offenses.
