On the establishment of increased salaries and tariff rates by twenty-five percent for specialists in the field of social security and culture who are civil servants and work in rural areas
In accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 139 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the maslikhat of the Beimbet Mailina district DECIDED:
- Establish twenty-five percent higher salaries and tariff rates for specialists in the field of social security and culture who are civil servants and working in rural areas, compared to the salaries and rates of civil servants engaged in these types of activities in urban areas.
- 2. Recognize as invalid the decision of the maslikhat “On establishing an increase of twenty-five percent in official salaries and tariff rates for specialists in the field of healthcare, social security and culture who are civil servants and working in rural areas” dated April 30, 2021 No. 32 (registered in the Register state registration of normative legal acts No. 9895).
- 3. This decision shall come into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of the first official publication.
