The State Revenue Office for the Beimibet Miley District reports the following.
In order to implement the Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On measures to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 25, 2019 No. 272" On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the provision of public services "No. 8-P, the Committee developed 12 normative - legal acts that determine the procedure for the provision of 44 public services (hereinafter - NLA).
Of these 12 regulatory legal acts, it is envisaged to approve the rules for the provision of 44 public services by the State Revenue Service and to set the existing standards / regulations for public services to be lost.
To date, 10 out of 12 regulatory legal acts are registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Two draft laws and regulations are at the stage of approval by the Ministry of Justice of the RK.
In addition, the Order of the Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2020 No. 665 "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Public Services, State Revenue Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" provides for the loss of existing standards and regulations.
