In si "akim's office of Kalininsky district" staff on a regular basis in the performance of their duties comply with the current legislation of RK on combating corruption.
For the 1st half of 2020 and up to the present, there are no facts of bringing specialists of the district akim's office to criminal, administrative and disciplinary responsibility for corruption offenses (2019 - 0 facts).
In si "akim's office of Kalininsky district" annually an action Plan for the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating corruption":
with the aim of increasing the level of knowledge of civil servants of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating corruption" regularly legal studies;
- a helpline is active;
- clearly placed text of the Code of honor of civil servants;
- access To the book of ethics control of civil servants is provided for visitors and civil servants;
- in the lobby of the office of the mayor of the rural district, there is a box for comments and suggestions from the population of the district;
- at the reporting meetings of the mayor of the rural district with the population, residents are informed about the work done and the results of the development of the district.
- all legal acts are submitted quarterly to the legal Department of the district akim's office for verification.
