Notice of Tender
Akimat of Beimbet Mailina district of Kostanay region in accordance with Article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Rules of organizing and holding a competition on granting the right of temporary compensated land use (lease) for farming or peasant farming, agricultural production, holds a competition on granting the right of temporary compensated land use (lease) for farming or peasant farming, agricultural production, which will be held on January 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. on January 17, 2024.
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition will be carried out within fifteen working days from the date of receipt of applications from December 25, 2023 to January 16, 2024 (reception time from 9-00 h. to 18-30 h. with a lunch break from 13-00 h. to 14-30 h.) in the state institution "Land Relations Department of the Akimat of Beimbeta Mailina district" at the address: Kostanay region, Beimbeta Mailina district, village Әyet, Tauelsizdik street 60, offices № 21, 22.
Application for participation in the competition shall be submitted on paper, by hand, or by mail or through the web-portal "e-government" in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015 "On Information" before the deadline for submission of applications. For applications in the competition submitted through the web-portal "electronic government" bids for participation in the competition shall be submitted to the organizer by hand within fifteen working days from the date of the beginning of receipt of applications until the end of the specified term.
