On introducing changes to the decision of the maslikhat of the Beimbeta Mailina district dated March 20, 2015 No. 263 “On determining the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Beimbeta Mailina district”
Maslikhat of the Beimbeta Mailina district DECIDED:
- To introduce into the decision of the Beimbeta Mailina district maslikhat “On determining the size and procedure for providing housing to the Beimbeta Mailina area" dated March 20, 2015 No. 263 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 5510) the following change: in the annex to the said decision: paragraph 5 shall be stated in a new wording: "5. Payment of compensation for the increase in tariffs for subscription fees for the provision of telecommunications services to socially protected citizens is carried out in accordance with the order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 28, 2023 No. 295/НК “On determining the amount and approval of the Rules for compensation for increases in tariffs for subscription fees for provision of telecommunications services to socially protected citizens" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 33200).
- This decision comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
