Draft decision of akim of Belinsky rural district
On amendments to the decision of the akim of the Kairankol rural district of September 29, 2011 No. 1 "On naming the constituent parts of the village of Maksut"
In accordance with article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", joint resolution of the akimat of the Kostanay region dated May 24, 2017 No. 3 and the decision of the maslikhat of Kostanay region dated May 24, 2017 No. 161 On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Kostanay region "(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 7123), akim of the Belinsky rural district R E SH I L:
The title of the said decision shall be stated as follows:
"On assigning names to the constituent parts of the village of Maksut, Belinsky rural district";
in paragraph 1 of the said decision, the phrase "akim of the Kairankol rural district" shall be replaced by the phrase "akim of the Belinsky rural district";
in Appendices 1, 2, 3 to the specified decision in the upper right corner of the text, the phrase "Maksut village" shall be replaced by the phrase "Belinsky rural district".
1) state registration of this decision with the territorial body of justice;
2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.
