The State Revenue Department for the Beimbet Mailin district informs that within the framework of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 224 dated April 20, 2020, individuals engaged in private practice, SMEs are exempted from paying contributions and deductions to compulsory health insurance, carrying out activities according to the list of activities defined by the annexes of this Resolutions from April 1 to October 1, 2020. In addition, since July 1, 2020, the right to receive medical care in the compulsory health insurance system has been implemented for insured citizens, i.e. for which deductions and (or) contributions to the FSMS were received.
To maintain the insurance status of employees against taxpayers who apply the correction factor in accordance with the above Resolution, the Health Insurance Fund has implemented functionality in the information system "Saqtandyrý". In which small and medium-sized businesses need to upload the IINs of employees to assign them an insurance status. From there, the status is transferred to medical information systems, which will make it possible for these workers to receive medical care from the compulsory health insurance package.
The instructions for working with the functionality can be downloaded below.
