Regulatory legal basis of the budget program : Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2005 “On social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Kazakhstan”; Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 20, 2005 No. 754 “On approval of the list of technical auxiliary (compensatory) means and special means of transportation provided to disabled people”; Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 22, 2015 No. 26 “On some issues of rehabilitation of disabled people”, decision of the session of the maslikhat of the Beimbet Mailina district dated December 28 , 2022 No. 154 “On the district budget of the Beimbeta Mailina district for 2023-2025”, decision of the session of the maslikhat of the Beimbeta Mailina district No. 34 dated 01 September 2023
