The purpose of the budget program:.Timely and high-quality implementation of the state information policy through newspapers , magazines and broadcasting;
creation, maintenance and development of the necessary level of information potential that meets the needs of the socio-economic development of the district;
raising the level of legal awareness, cultural development and political education of citizens by providing them with free access to legal information and regulatory documents defining their rights and obligations;
increasing the level of information awareness of citizens and public organizations about the activities of state governing bodies.
The final result of the budget program:Provision, implementation of the execution of the internal policy of the state in the district by local government bodies in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts and instructions of the President, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan related to the competence of the state institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin"; consistent implementation of the state policy on the territory of the Beimbet Maylin district in relation to religions, youth, non-governmental associations of the district, communication with political parties, participation in strengthening democratic institutions of society, clarification and promotion of the main priorities of the Development Strategy of Kazakhstan, annual Messages of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan Timely and high-quality implementation of the state information policy through broadcasting, aimed at: coverage of the socio-political life of the district Preparation and distribution of publications aimed at: active information and propaganda support of socio-economic and political reforms carried out in the country; ensuring awareness of the population about the activities of the district and the state as a whole on the implementation of the Development Strategy "Kazakhstan-2050", on maintaining and promoting interethnic and interfaith harmony, the formation of Kazakhstan patriotism; providing information and propaganda support for measures to implement the annual Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan; providing the population of the district with reliable, timely information about the main events of the internal and foreign policy of the district and the state as a whole; information and propaganda support for the development of small and medium-sized businesses; information support for state policy in education, culture, health, sports and social provision; coverage of the State Housing Construction Program; creation and placement of materials aimed at the promotion and implementation of the state triune language policy.
Description (justification) of the budget program:Production and display of stories through TV and radio broadcasting aimed at covering the socio-political life of the district Coverage of reporting meetings of the akim of the district with the population; meetings of citizens with the participation of the akim of the district, as well as other meetings of the public with the akim of the district Publication of materials to clarify the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan Publication of materials on the prevention of offenses Publication of materials on the prevention of corruption offenses Publication of information about state programs and their implementation, including district plans and programs Coverage of healthy lifestyle issues, prevention of morbidity, mass sports sports Coverage of the cultural and leisure life of the district, including issues related to the implementation of youth policy and the education of patriotism among the population of the district Coverage of the activities of religious associations to harmonize interfaith relations in the district and the prevention of religious extremism and terrorism Placement of materials dedicated to holidays and major socio-political events, anniversaries of prominent figures of the region Placement of materials on the interaction of institutions of the district with non-governmental organizations and coverage of their activities in by 2024, an increase in costs due to the 4.5% consumer price index.
