On the approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and determination of the list of certain categories of needy citizens
The draft decision of the district maslikhat was developed in accordance with article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Model Rules for the Provision of Social Assistance, Establishing its Size and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Needy Citizens approved by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2023 No. 523
The adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic or legal consequences.
