On the eve of the Constitution Day of Kazakhstan, the compliance officer of the State Enterprise Tobol addressed the staff with a welcoming speech. Olga Nikolaevna spoke about the importance of constitutional values, on which a strong foundation of our society is built. The active role of civil society and an effective system of law enforcement were also outlined.
