Having considered the applications and materials of cases for the provision of land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by unanimous decision (in all “for” - 7) considers it possible:
- Provide LLP "ZhK Leninskoe"a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with an area of 13632 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Belinsky rural district,for agricultural production;
- ProvideAfanasyeva Elena Nikolaevnaland plot on the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months, Tobol village, Beibitshilik street, 190, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Refuse Zhandybayeva Bakhitkul Kusherbaevna toprovision of a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a preliminary area of 0.10 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet rural district, Ayet village, Respublika street, for personal subsidiary farming;
Reason: according to the conclusion of the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin District" dated July 10, 2023 No. 02-07 / 373, the requested land plot is located in the zone of 2-3 storey buildings;
