Having considered the applications and materials of cases on the provision of land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by unanimous decision (total "for" - 8) considers it possible:
- Provide Blagochinny Alexander Gennadievichadditional land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.1278 hectares to the existing land plot of 0.0555 hectares, on the right of private ownership located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Tauelsizdik street, 126, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To Tarasov Leonid Nikolayevich, the purpose of the land plot owned on the right of private ownership, with cadastral number 12-189-027-786, with a total area of 1.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Maisky rural district, Mayskoye village, street 60 years October, uch. 236/2, from the intended purpose "for conducting personal subsidiary plots" to the designated purpose "for the construction of temporary household premises for seasonal work";

Provide Stavskaya Natalya Vladimirovnaa land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a preliminary area of 0.0689 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Dostyk street, 194, for personal subsidiary farming. (for the period of land development).
- Refuse to grant Zhenis Zhanibekovich Butikenova land plot on the right of private ownership, with a total area of 0.1000 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky rural district, Yubileynoye village, Nivovskaya street, opposite house No. 29, for conducting personal subsidiary plots;
Base:according to the conclusion of the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin District" dated June 30, 2023 No. 02-07 / 349 and the territorial zoning of the village of Yubileynoye, the requested land plot is located in the territories allocated for small architectural forms.
5.Refuse to provide Trak group with a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a preliminary area of 3.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Naberezhny rural district, Naberezhnoye village, for the construction of a campsite;
Reason: According to the intended use of the requested land plot, the provision is carried out at auctions (Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
6.Transfer to the next meeting of the land commission the application of LLP "ZhK Leninskoe" in the provisionland plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with an area of 13632 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Belinsky rural district,for agricultural production. (for a thorough consideration of the application of the commission, supporting documents of LLP "ZhK Leninskoye" in the investment project are required).
7.Provide Lisogor Nina Yurievnaa land plot on the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.1552 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky rural district, Beregovoye village, Rabochaya street, house 8, apartment 1, for personal subsidiary farming.
