Notice of the contest
Akimat of Beimbet Mailin district of Kostanay region, in accordance with Article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Rules for organizing and conducting a competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting peasant or farm operations, agricultural production, conducts a competition for grantingthe right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting a peasant or farm economy, agricultural production, which will be held on August 28, 2023 at 10-00 hoursof aces at the address: Kostanay region, Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet villag, Tauelsizdik Street 60, (small hall No. 2 of the akimat of Beimbet Mailina district).
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation inthe competition will be carried out within fifteen working days from the date of the start of accepting applications from August 7 to August 25 2023, 2023 (reception time from 9-00 to 18-30 hours with a lunch break from 13-00 to 14-30 hours) in the state institution "Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailina district" address: Kostanay region, Beimbet Mailina district, Ayet villageӘйет, Tauelsizdik street 60, officeы # 21, 22.
The application for participation in the competition is submitted on paper, on purpose, or by mail or through the web portal of the "electronic government" in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015 "On Information" before the deadline for submitting applications. For applications submitted through the e - government web portal, bids for participation in the competition are submitted to the organizer on purpose within fifteen working days from the date of the start of accepting applications until the end of the specified period.
