Chapter 1. General provisions

Chapter 2. Tasks and powers of the state body
1) ensuring and implementing the implementation of the internal policy of the state in the district by local government bodies in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts and instructions of the President, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, related to the competence of the Internal policy Department;
2) coordination of work on the implementation of programs to explain the state internal policy within the competence assigned to the Department of internal policy;
3) implementation of the state information policy at the regional level aimed at raising awareness and the level of public support for the Development Strategy of the state;
4) comprehensive and objective study, generalization and analysis of the socio-political processes taking place in the region and trends in their development.
5) consistent implementation of state policy in the territory of the district of Beimbet Maylin in relation to religions, youth, non-governmental associations of the district, communication with political parties.
1) rights:
- to carry out its activities in cooperation with other executive authorities;
- to request from state bodies and officials, other organizations and citizens the information necessary to perform their functions, to involve employees of state bodies and other organizations to participate in the preparation of issues within the competence of the Department of Internal Policy, to create temporary working groups to develop appropriate proposals;
- to provide organizational, methodological, informational and other assistance to officials of state bodies responsible for issues in the field of internal policy, and other issues within the competence of the Department of internal Policy;
- conclude contracts with legal entities and citizens, acquire property and personal non-property rights, be a plaintiff and a defendant in court.
2) responsibilities:
- to make proposals on draft regulatory legal acts adopted by the akim and akimat of the district on issues of competence of the state institution;
- exercise other rights and obligations in accordance with the current legislation.
15.Functions:
1) explanation of the policy of the President of the Republic
Kazakhstan, programs of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions
of akimats of the region and district, decisions and orders of akims of the region and
district;
2) information and analytical, organizational and technical support for the activities of advisory bodies on internal policy issues, within the competence assigned to the internal policy department;
3) providing methodological assistance to state and other interested bodies in explaining the annual Messages of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan, organizing the activities of the district information group;
4) implementation of the subprojects "Korkeye ber, Kostanai!", "Rakmet sagan, Tugan el", the subprogram "Atameken" and information support of all basic directions within the subprogram "Akparat tolkyny" of the program "Rukhani zhangyru";
5) monitoring the state of the socio-political situation in the territory of the district of Beimbet Maylin;
6) organization of the work of state bodies to popularize state symbols and monitoring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in this area;
7) coordination of the work of state bodies on the formation and implementation of the state social order in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the territory of the district of Beimbet Maylin;
8) implementation of the state information policy through regional mass media;
9) formation, placement and control of the implementation of the state information order for the implementation of the state information policy in the territory of the district of Beimbet Maylin;
10) implementation of gender policy within the competence assigned to the Department of Internal Policy;
11) implementation of work on the implementation of the youth policy of the district;
12) providing organizations with the necessary information, explanatory, methodological and advisory assistance in the field of state youth policy;
13) consistent implementation of the state policy in the territory of the district of Beimbet Maylin regarding religion, ensuring the implementation of legislation in the field of regulation of relations of religious associations;
14) organization of work on collecting and summarizing information about socio-political, non-governmental, religious, youth organizations operating in the territory of the district of Beimbet Maylin;
15) monitoring the compliance of the content of visual propaganda with the current legislation and the political course of the republic;
16) organization of work on summarizing the information of the Public Council, the Council of Mothers on Tolerance in the Family, the Council of Public Consent of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, operating in the territory of the district of Beimbet Maylin;
17) preparation of materials for consideration of meetings of the akimat and meetings under the akim of the district and his deputies on social issues
within the competence of the department, analytical notes, information on the dynamics and trends in the development of socio-political processes taking place in the district;
18) participation in the preparation and conduct of regional scientific and practical events aimed at strengthening internal political stability and democratizing political processes in the region;
19) develops and implements measures to improve the legal support system:
19-1) in cases and procedures established by law, draw up a protocol on administrative offenses;
20) implementation of other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
