On Amendments to the Maslikhat Decision No. 229 dated February 2, 2018 "On Determining the list of socially significant messages"

In accordance with subparagraph 5) of paragraph 1 of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 "On Road Transport" Kostanay Regional Maslikhat DECIDED:

1. To make the following additions to the decision of Kostanay Regional Maslikhat No. 229 dated February 2, 2018 "On determining the list of socially significant messages" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 7518, published on February 22, 2018 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):

in the appendix to the specified decision:

The list of socially significant messages should be supplemented with the line, ordinal number 45, as follows:

45	Route "Mayskoye-Ayet-Mayskoye" (intra-district, rural)

 ».

2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
