entities under the akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district

In order to implement paragraph 1 of Article 54 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2018 No. 799 “On approval of the form of an accreditation certificate, the Rules for conducting accreditation, the grounds and procedure for canceling accreditation of associations of private business entities and other non-profit organizations and amendments and additions to the Government Decree No. 1090 “On Approval of the Model Regulations on Expert Councils on Private Entrepreneurship” Akimat of Beimbet Mailin District DECIDES:

  1. Form a commission for the accreditation of associations of private business entities of the Beimbet Maylin district in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
  2. To approve the attached Regulations on the commission for accreditation of associations of private business entities under the akimat of Beimbet Mailin district.
  3. Cancel the resolution of the district akimat dated August 11, 2017 No. 250 “On the establishment of a commission for the accreditation of associations of private business entities under the akimat of the Taranovsky district.
  4. To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the supervising deputy akim of the district.
  5. This resolution comes into force from the date of signing
