On the approval of the location of non-stationary shopping facilities on the territory of the Beimbet Mailin district
In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 50-1 of the Rules of internal trade, approved by order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated On March 27, 2015 No. 264 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 11148), the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district DECIDES:
To approve the location of non-stationary shopping facilities on the territory of the Beimbet Mailin district, in accordance with the annex to this decree.
The state institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin District" shall provide:
1) state registration of this resolution with the territorial body of justice;
2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.
Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
This decree comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
