Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (in total "for" - 10) considers it possible:

  8. Refuse to provide Rudnensky Vodokanal LLP with a land plot on the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years, with a preliminary area of 0.5955 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, for the reconstruction of the Karatomar-Kachar water pipeline within the boundaries of the plot about the Sokol substation area to the Ulyanovsk settlement area;

Reason: according to Protocol No. 4 of February 17, 2023, the Land Commission refused to provide the requested land plot, due to coordination with the bodies of the KSU "Taranovsky Forestry Institution" of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Akimat of Kostanay Region" and the RSU "Tobol-Torgai Basin Inspectorate for the Regulation of the Use and Protection of Water Resources of the Committee on Water Resources resources of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan". At the time of consideration of the above application, there was no coordination with the bodies of the KSU "Taranovsky Forestry Institution" of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Akimat of Kostanay region" and the RSU "Tobol-Torgai Basin Inspectorate for the Regulation of the Use and Protection of Water Resources of the Committee on Water Resources of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan". Based on the above, it is necessary to coordinate the activities of the above departments.

  1. Grant Dzhapkarayeva Gulmira Zhaksymuratovna the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0032 hectares to the existing plot of 0.0584 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Embankment rural district, Elizavetinka village, Potekhina Street, house 16, for personal subsidiary farming;
  2. Provide Bolbat Vyacheslav Mikhailovich with a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with a preliminary area of 0.0976 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, 34 Tarana Street, for maintenance and operation of the garage;
  3. To refuse Assyl Orman LLP - to grant a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with a preliminary area of 523.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet rural district, for afforestation;

The basis: According to the project of the land and economic structure of the village of Nikolaevka of the Asenkritovsky rural district and the village of Zhuravlevka of the rural district of Ayet, the requested land plot is located within the border of settlements, rural settlements, and are pasture lands. In accordance with Article 26 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, pasture lands specified in subparagraph 7-1) of part one of paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Pastures" are not provided for private ownership and land use and are used only for the needs of the population for grazing farm animals of a personal farmstead.

  1. To refuse Assyl Orman LLP - to grant a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 48 years, with a preliminary area of 311.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet rural district, for afforestation;
