Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 8) considers it possible:
- Provide Gavrilchenko Natalia Petrovna with a land plot on the right of private ownership, an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0218 hectares to the existing plot of 0.1049 hectares located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Maysky rural district, Prirechenskoye village, 8 Jubilee Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To refuse to grant Kindrbaev Samat Umurtaevich the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a preliminary area of 0.50 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky rural district, Yubileynoye village, for the construction of a cafe;
Basis: according to the conclusion of the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district" dated March 14, 2023 No. 02-07/122, in accordance with the general plan of the Kalininsky rural district, the requested land plot is located in the residential area of the village of Yubileynoye;
- Provide Shevchenko Igor Nikolaevich with a land plot on the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.1386 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Viktorovskaya Street, house 136, for personal subsidiary farming;

Reason: The requested land plot is located in the vicinity of the village of Orenburg rural district of Ayet and the village of Nikolaevka of Asenkritovsky rural district, this land plot is used for grazing livestock of the local population, in this regard, in accordance with Article 39-3 of the Law "On Local State Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", it is necessary to coordinate the provision of a land plot at a meeting or meeting the local community of the rural district of Ayet and Asenkritovsky rural district;

- Provide Bestai Kulzhamal with a land plot on the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Novoilinovka village, Chapaev Street, house 115, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Provide KH "Amandyk" - a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a preliminary area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Belinsky rural district, Maksut village (former Dostiyar village), Novaya Street, plot 33, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To refuse Akbaev Malik Kairatovich to grant a land plot on the right of temporary paid land use, with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, rural district of Ayet, village of Ayet, Sadovaya Street, for the construction of a personal subsidiary farm.
Reason: I agree with paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Land Code, the application must specify: the purpose of using the land plot; its estimated size; location; the requested right of use. In the submitted application, there is no specific purpose of the land plot, the construction of a personal subsidiary farm is indicated. In accordance with Article 50 of the Land Code, the norms for the provision of a land plot for a personal subsidiary farm is 0.25 hectares, in the application the area of the land plot is indicated by 10 hectares, in the specified areas in the provision of a land plot for a personal subsidiary farm is not provided.
In the application, the requested right to a land plot is indicated as a "lease", in accordance with article 35 of the Land Code, the right of temporary paid land use can be long-term and short-term, it is necessary to specify the term of the lease right.
