Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 8) considers it possible:
- To refuse to grant Shevtsov Sergey Alekseevich the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.75 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Tauelsizdik Street, house 127, for personal subsidiary farming;
Basis: according to the conclusion of the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin" dated February 28, 2023 No. 02-07/99, there is no scheme for the location of the requested land plot, also in accordance with Article 50 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the size of land plots provided to citizens and legal entities for non-agricultural purposes are determined according to the norms of land allocation for these types of activities approved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or in accordance with architectural and urban planning and (or) construction documentation. They are provided to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan free of charge in private ownership in the following sizes: for personal subsidiary farming (including household and field plots) in rural areas - 0.25 hectares on non-irrigated and 0.15 hectares on irrigated lands.
- Provide Polonskaya Alexandra Nikolaevna with an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0423 hectares to the existing land plot of 0.1288 hectares on the right of private ownership, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Valeryanovka village, Shkolnaya Street, house 55, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Provide Ispolatov Talgat Bigashevich with a land plot on the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.1000 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky rural district, Yubileynoye village, Novaya Street, house 16, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Provide Kuksaus Vitaly Alexandrovich with an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0247 hectares to the existing land plot of 0.0679 hectares on the right of private ownership, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, 30/2 Samal Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Refuse to grant Zhoraev Tashkent Tashanovich a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 10 years, with a preliminary area of 12.4 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, village of Uvalnoye, for farming or farming;
Basis: in accordance with Article 48, Article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the requested land plot is provided on the basis of a tender for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production;
- Provide Nurakhmetov Tolegen Tulebaevich with a land plot on the right of private ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.14 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Embankment rural district, Elizavetinka village, Sovkhoznaya Street, house 1, apartment 2, for personal subsidiary farming;

- Provide the State Institution "Akim's Office of the village of Tobol" with a land plot on the right of permanent land use, with a preliminary area of 0.0123 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Zhenis Street,. 10A, for the maintenance of the boiler house building;
- To provide the Owners of residential premises (participants of the condominium) in the person of Prikhodko Anna Alibekovna a land plot on the right of common shared ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.0736 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet rural district, Tselinnaya Street, house 7, for the maintenance and operation of the condominium facility;
- To provide to the Owners of residential premises (participants of the condominium) in the person of Marina Petrovna Pastushenko a land plot on the right of common shared ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.0730 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet rural district, E.
