On establishing a public easement
In accordance with article 19, article 69, paragraph 2 of article 71-1 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated January 23, 2001, the akim of the rural district of Ayet DECIDED:
- Establish a public easement for land plots with a total area of 9090.4 hectares located on the lands of the rural district of Ayet for the purpose of conducting mineral exploration operations in accordance with the Annex to this decision to the joint stock company "Sokolov – Sarbay mining and processing production Association".
- state institution "Apparatus of akim of rural district Ayet" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1)state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Beimbet Maylin district akimat after its official publication.
- Control over execution of the present decision for a leave.
- This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
