According to paragraph 3 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2015 "on public councils" and paragraph 22 of the Model regulation on Public Council, approved by the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2015 No. 1194, the state institution "Apparatus of maslikhat of Beimbet Maylin district" informs that from June 25 to July 9, 2020, documents on candidates for the public Council of Beimbet Maylin district are accepted.
According to article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on public councils":
"1. a Candidate for a member of the Public Council may be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who has reached the age of eighteen, as well as in the case of formation of a Public Council at the local level - living within the relevant administrative-territorial unit.
A candidate for a member of the Public Council must not:
1) have a criminal record;
2) be found guilty by a court of committing a corruption crime and (or) a corruption offense in accordance with the procedure established by law;
3) be registered with health organizations for mental illness, alcoholism, drug addiction or substance abuse.
1) a written proposal of a non-profit organization and (or) a citizen's application for nomination to the Public Council;
2) information about the professional and (or) social activities of the candidate with an indication of autobiographical data.
On the basis of points 18, 26 Model Provisions on the Public Council, according to minutes of the meeting of the Working group on formation of the Public Council of the district of Maylin's birth on January 30, 2019, the quantitative composition of the Public Council of the Taran district is made up of 9 people (from among the representatives of state bodies – 2, non-commercial associations of citizens - 7).
