According to the results of the report, there were no questions from those present.
Following the discussion of this Report, the following recommendations were made:
- to ensure the fulfillment of the planned indicator "The share of public services provided in electronic form through the" electronic government portal "of the total number of services provided in electronic form" - each service at least 95%;

- to carefully study the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On public services", the approved standards and rules, and the amendments made to them.
-to provide public services on time in accordance with the standards and rules.
- carry out work to expand the list of public services provided in a proactive and composite format.
