About establishing
a public easement
In accordance with Article 19, Article 69, paragraph 2 of Article 71-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated January 23, 2001, akim of Asenkritovsky Rural District I DECIDED:
- To establish a public servitude for land plots with a total area of 1958.7 hectares, located on the lands of the Asenkritovsky rural district, for the purpose of conducting mineral exploration operations in accordance with the appendix to this decision to the Sokolovsko-Sarbaisky Mining and Processing Production Association joint-stock company.
- The state institution “Apparatus of the Akim of the Asenkritovsky Rural District”, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure:
1) state registration of this decision with the territorial justice authority;
2) posting this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.
- I control the implementation of this decision.
- This decision shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after the day its first official publication.
