About establishing
a public easement
In accordance with Article 19, Article 69, paragraph 2 of Article 71-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated January 23, 2001, akim of the Naberezhny Rural District I DECIDED:
- Establish the joint-stock company Sokolovsko-Sarbaisky Mining and Processing Production Association a public easement on a land plot with a total area of 130.3 hectares, located on the lands of the village of Naberezhnoye, for the purpose of conducting mineral exploration operations.
- The state institution “Akim's Administration of the Naberezhny Rural District”, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure:
1) state registration of this decision with the territorial justice authority;
2) posting this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.
- I control the implementation of this decision.
- This decision shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after the day its first official publication.
