Announcement of a meeting to select members working group on the formation of the Public Council Beimbet Maylin district

GU "Apparatus of maslikhat of Beimbet Maylin district" informs that on June 23, 2020, at 11.00 am, at the address: village of Ayet, Tauelsizdik str., 60, small meeting room 1 floor, a meeting on the formation of a Working group will be held with the invitation of non-profit organizations, citizens, observers from which proposals were received.

     According to paragraphs 14, 15, 16 of the Model regulations on the Public Council, approved by the decree of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2015 No. 1194:

1. The meeting of the working group at the local level is held by the head of the local representative body (hereinafter the head of the working group).

2.at the first meeting of the working group, the head of the working group, representatives of the state body defined in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 8 of the Law "on Public councils", candidates for members of the working group from non-profit organizations and citizens have the right to participate in voting. A candidate from a non-profit organization, a citizen does not participate in voting for their candidacy. Candidates must participate in the meeting.

3. Voting on candidates who did not attend the meeting is not held. The candidates with the highest number of votes are considered elected to the working group. In respect of candidates who received the same number of votes, the head of the working group reserves the right to vote.
