On the approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of sizes and determination of the list of certain categories of needy citizens
In accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 “On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To approve the attached Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of sizes and determining the list of individual categories of needy citizens.
2. To recognize as invalid some decisions of the maslikhat in accordance with the appendix to this decision.
3. This decision shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after the day its first official publication.
