- Rudneva Natalia Dmitrievna - Director of the branch in the Beimbet Maylin district of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kostanay region;
- Toleukhan Nursultan - Head of the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district".
THE AGENDA:
- Aflyatunova Tatiana Vladimirovna – asks to change the purpose of a land plot owned by private ownership with a total area of 0.0256 hectares, with cadastral number 12-189-004-1123, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, from the purpose "for the construction of a service station" to the purpose "for the construction of a warehouse";
- Korganbekov Miramgali Bodayevich – requests to provide a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a pre-sale area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Valeryanovka village, Stepnaya Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Invest Agro Holding LLP – requests to provide a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a pre-sale area of 1,700 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Pavlovsky Rural District, for the construction of a livestock complex;
- Brynza Galina Nikolaevna – requests to grant the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0888 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.0592 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Dostyk Street 91, for personal subsidiary farming;
Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 9) considers it possible:
- To refuse Aflyatunova Tatiana Vladimirovna to change the purpose of a land plot owned by private ownership with a total area of 0.0256 hectares, with cadastral number 12-189-004-1123, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, from the purpose "for the construction of a service station" to the purpose "for the construction of a warehouse";
Reason: the right to the land plot expired on February 6, 2021, the lease agreement for the land plot was not concluded for a new term, the cadastral number was canceled, there is no registration of the right to the land plot, based on the above, it is not possible to change the intended purpose for the requested land plot.

- Provide Korganbekov Miramgali Bodaevich with a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a pre-sale area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Valeryanovka village, Stepnaya Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To refuse to Invest Agro Holding LLP to provide a land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a pre-existing area of 1,700 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Pavlovsky Rural District, for the construction of a livestock complex;
Basis: According to the intended use of the requested land plot, the provision is carried out at auctions, auctions (Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
- Provide Brynza Galina Nikolaevna with a land plot on the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0888 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.0592 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Dostyk Street 91, for personal subsidiary farming.
