- take measures to reduce the contacts of the service provider with the population-service recipients in the provision of public services, ensuring the share of electronic services to 95 %;
- maintain constant control over the provision of reliable reporting information.
- carefully study the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", approved by the rules and amendments made to them.
- to work on expanding the list of public services provided in a proactive and composite format.
