- Pashevsky Mikhail Fedorovich – requests to grant the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0090 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.0523 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Tarana Street 41/2, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Kuksaus Vitaly Alexandrovich – requests to grant the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0247 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.0679 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, 30/2 Samal Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Konstantinov Gennady Borisovich - requests to grant the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.066 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.1106 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky rural district, Yubileynoye village, Mira Street, house 22, apartment 2, for personal subsidiary farming;
- State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of Oktyabrsky settlement" – requests to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a preliminary area of 722.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Novoilinovka village, to meet the needs of the population for the maintenance of their personal farmstead;
- Viktor Grigoryevich Volkovich - requests to grant the right of private ownership of a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0394 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Elevator street, house 81, apartment 18, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Kisekov Rustam Edilbekovich – requests to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a preliminary area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Embankment rural District, Elizavetinka village, Parkovaya Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Fazylova Olga Mikhailovna - requests to grant the right of common shared ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.19 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Beibitshilik Street, 123, for the maintenance and operation of the condominium facility.
Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 9) considers it possible:
- To refuse to grant Pashevsky Mikhail Fedorovich the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0090 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.0523 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Tarana Street 41/2, for personal subsidiary farming;
Basis: according to the conclusion of the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin" dated January 30, 2023 No. 02-07/49, according to the general plan of the village of Tobol, there is an overlay of the site on the red line;
- To refuse Kuksaus Vitaly Alexandrovich – to grant the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0247 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.0679 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, 30/2 Samal Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
Reason: in view of the location of the requested land plot with access to the driveway, as well as the possibility of using the land plot as a fire passage, it is necessary to coordinate with the local executive body of the village of Tobol and with related owners and land users;
- Grant Konstantinov Gennady Borisovich the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.066 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.1106 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky rural district, Yubileynoye village, Mira Street, house 22, apartment 2, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To refuse the State Institution "Akim's Office of the village of Oktyabrsky" – to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a preliminary area of 722.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Novoilinovka village, to meet the needs of the population for the maintenance of their personal farmstead;
Reason: due to the existing shortage of pasture lands for cattle grazing, residents of the village of Novoilinovka of the Novoilinovsky rural district of the Beimbet Maylin district have more than 4787 hectares;
- Grant Volkovich Viktor Grigorievich - the right of private ownership of a land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.0394 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Elevator street, house 81, apartment 18, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Grant Kisekov Rustam Edilbekovich – the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a preliminary area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Embankment rural District, Elizavetinka village, Parkovaya Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To refuse Fazylova Olga Mikhailovna – to grant the right of common shared ownership, with a preliminary area of 0.19 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Beibitshilik Street, 123, for the maintenance and operation of the condominium facility;
Reason: according to paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Land Code, the application must specify: the purpose of using the land plot; its estimated size; location; the requested right of use; the presence (absence) of another land plot, it is also necessary to submit an application as from a condominium object.
