- Ismukhambetov Yerbolsin Abdulovich – requests to grant the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0106 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.0837 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Beibitshilik Street, house 58, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Lantukh Tatiana Viktorovna – requests to grant the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0016 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.0936 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky rural district, village of Beregovoye, uitsa Moskovskaya, house 45, apartment 2, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Akbayev Malik Kairatovich - requests to grant the right of temporary paid land use for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, Embankment Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Yerzhanov Marat Zhamburaevich – requests to grant the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.158 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.092 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Valeryanovka village, Embankment street, house 12, apartment 1, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Kusainov Yerzhan Bazylkanovich - requests to grant the right of private ownership of a land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, Lugovaya Street, for personal subsidiary farming.
Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 9) considers it possible:
- Grant Ismukhambetov Yerbolsin Abdulovich the right of private ownership of an additional land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.0106 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.0837 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Beibitshilik Street, house 58, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Grant Lantukh Tatiana Viktorovna the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0016 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.0936 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky rural district, village of Beregovoye, uitsa Moskovskaya, house 45, apartment 2, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Refuse to grant Akbaev Malik Kairatovich the right of temporary paid land use for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.01 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, Embankment Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
The basis: it is necessary to submit an application of the established sample according to the rules for the provision of public services "Provision of land for the construction of an object within the settlement".

- Grant Yerzhanov Marat Zhamburaevich the right of private ownership, for an additional plot of land with a preliminary area of 0.158 hectares to the existing plot of land with a total area of 0.092 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Valeryanovka village, Embankment street, house 12, apartment 1, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Refuse to grant Kusainov Yerzhan Bazylkanovich the right of private ownership of a land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, Lugovaya Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
Basis: according to the conclusion of the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district" dated January 16, 2023 No. 02-07/21, the requested land plot partially imposes on the area of streets and roads of local significance, according to Article 55 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of land plots free of charge to private ownership for personal subsidiary farming (household allotment) and individual housing construction is carried out after the development of land plots.
The provision of land plots for these purposes for the period of development is carried out on the right of temporary paid land use (lease) with the establishment of conditions and terms for the development of such land plots.
