The meeting of the land commission of the Beimbet Maylin district in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan is recorded by means of audio – video recording.

The Land Commission of the district of Beimbet maylin consists of:

Chairman of the commission: Zhumashev Kalybek Mirashevich – Deputy akim of the district Beimbet Mailina;

Secretary of the Commission: Sarymsakova Faruza Azamatovna – Chief Specialist of the state institution “Department of Land Relations of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district”.

1)  Dan-Bereke LLP was awarded 20 points based on the results of the investment forecast;

2)    Shuinov Ruslan Sarsenbaevich according to the results of the investment forecast, 5 points were awarded;

According to the results of the voting, the application of Dan-Bereke LLP was recognized as the winner, the decision on this lot was made.

LOT No. 2 allowed 2 applications:

1)    Petukhov Maxim Nikolaevich, according to the results of the investment forecast, 20 points were awarded, +10 points as a local resident of the district;

2)    Petukhov Konstantin Nikolaevich according to the results of the investment forecast, 1 point was assigned;

According to the results of the voting, the application of Maxim Nikolaevich Petukhov was recognized as the winner, the decision on this lot was made.

 LOT No. 6 2 applications were accepted:

1)    Petukhov Maxim Nikolaevich, according to the results of the investment forecast, 20 points were awarded, +10 points as a local resident of the district;

 LOT No. 7 1 application was accepted:

  • IP "Duysenbayeva" Duysenbayeva Bayan Bultrikovna the lot was not played out, due to the received 1 application for this lot.

LOT No. 8 3 applications were accepted:

1)    IP "Senim" Kanathan Almat Abayevich, according to results of the forecast of investments received 20 points;

2)    Temirbayev Zhumagazy Edrisovich was awarded 20 points according to the results of the investment forecast;

3)    TOPZEM KZ LLP was awarded 20 points based on the results of the investment forecast;
