Information about the work on consideration of appeals of individuals and representatives of legal entities for 2022 in the Kalinin rural district
Consideration of appeals is carried out in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Administrative Procedural and Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2020. In 2022, the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Kalinin Rural District" registered 21 appeals, of which from individuals - 10, legal entities - 11. All appeals were satisfied. The largest number of appeals was received on the issues of land and land use.
One of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness is the timely and high-quality provision of services by a state body, increasing the level of satisfaction of citizens.
The timely, correct and complete consideration of appeals, execution of instructions is constantly monitored, and the resolution of the most important of them is taken under special control. In total, during the reporting period, there were no violations of the established deadlines for considering applications. There were also no complaints from citizens.
Reception of visitors was carried out according to the approved schedule.
