On approval of the list of

public roads of regional importance

In accordance with Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2001 "On Roads", the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin District DECIDES:

1. To approve the list of public roads of regional importance in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. To recognize the resolution of the akimat of the district “On approval of the list of public roads of regional significance” dated July 11, 2018 No. 204 (published on August 6, 2018 in the Reference Control Bank of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is invalidated, registered in the Register of State Registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7995).
3. The state institution “Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Roads of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin District”, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure:

1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial justice authority;

2) posting of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.

3. The control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the day its first official publication.
