About the organization and
conducting peaceful
meetings in the Beimbet Mailin area
In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 25, 2020 “On the Procedure for Organizing and Holding Peaceful Meetings in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 “On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the maslikhat of the RESHIL :
1. To identify specialized places for organizing and conducting peaceful meetings in the Beimbet Mailin area, in accordance with Appendix 1 to this decision.
2. To determine the procedure for using specialized places for organizing and conducting peaceful meetings in the Beimbet Mailin area, the norms for their maximum occupancy, requirements for material and technical and organizational support of specialized places for organizing and conducting peaceful meetings, as well as the borders of adjacent territories in which picketing in accordance with Appendix 2 to this decision.
2. This decision shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after the day its first official publication.
