Balashov Farkhad Gizzatovich
Born on June 2, 1987 in the village of Kushmurun, Auliekol district, Kostanay region. Higher education, Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute, majoring in physical culture and sports.
In public service since 2012: chief specialist of the department of physical culture and sports of the Auliekol district, the department of internal policy, the department of employment and social programs of the city of Rudny, assistant to the akim of the city of Rudny, head of the department of physical culture and sports of the Uzunkol region, deputy akim of the Uzunkol region.
Since June 2023 Commissioner for Ethics State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of Kostanay region".

- explanatory work, providing civil servants with advice on compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the areas of public service, combating corruption and the Code of Ethics ;
- consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities on the facts of violation of the norms of official ethics by civil servants;
- protection and restoration of the rights and legitimate interests of civil servants;
- monitoring and control over compliance with the norms of professional ethics;
- analysis of the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of offenses, recommendations for their elimination;
- interaction with civil society institutions and state bodies.
