On the basis of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from November 2, 2015 "On public Council", in accordance with clause 8, Model provisions on the Public Council, approved by the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 31, 2015 No. 1194 "On approving a Standard provision on the Public Council" GU "office of the maslikhat of the district of Maylin's birth" reports that from 8 June to 19 June 2020 accepts documents of candidates in Working group on formation of the Public Council of the district of Maylin's birth (hereinafter – working group).
According to paragraph 6 of the Model provision, the quantitative composition of the Working group is determined in the amount of 8 people, from among representatives of state bodies – 2 people, non-profit organizations, citizens-6 people.
Citizens and representatives of non-profit organizations who wish to participate in the competition must submit the following documents within the established time frame:
1) application in the form according to Annex 1 to this Model provision;
2) a written proposal from a non-profit organization to nominate a candidate (if any) for membership in the working group;
3) a copy of the identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
